Employers targeting ethnic minorities in Quickmail report excellent results. (latest QuickMail) Copy deadline is every Thursday 12
Noon Just email text to: Quickmail@paih.org Hello, how's tricks? I just want to get a few things off my chest...
I am thinking of getting one of those supermarket self-scanning machines installed in our office. The woman who does the voice really brightened up my day today when she reminded me to take my fiver. If there were one in every office, then people could sit down and have a chat with her. No I am joking, she actually annoys me so much! She told me 5 times to insert my money and is really patronising. I don't want to go to the shops and have to deal with a machine that thinks it's God's gift. She made me feel like an idiot and plus the girl behind the counter is a lot more helpful and smiles too.
Has anyone tried walking down Buchanan Street when it's wet? I felt like I was on Glencoe. Those market research people, who stop me every day (sometimes twice!), should maybe look into how many people have slipped whilst walking down Buchanan Street and then they can compare how wet it was. I am starting to hate that street and if they open another well-known-brand of coffee shop, then I'm out of here.
Time is running out for entries in our New Directory. If you have not sent us your details, then visit www.paih.org, where you will find more details and info on how to submit your form.
As always, have a nice week, do not go skiing down Buchanan street and stay away from those check out machines; they are ruining the economy! Jamie
